I want to say thanks to team Atlasaccesories who made my custom bracelet, many thanks to you all. They were so helpful, I explained what I wanted and they design it for me, with the combination of stones that represent me. I own few items from them now, and I love them all.

I received the Accent Bracelet in Vintage Sky Blue as a Christmas present - I absolutely love it! Excellent quality and the color is stunning. The packaging is sophisticated and beautiful. What I love in addition to the color is the versatility of the bracelet - I've been wearing it everyday. I'd like to add another piece from Atlas soon!

I am so happy I stumbled upon Atlas Accessories. I was searching for a bracelet for my son's Christmas gift - something with a simple but refined stone (I chose black agate), minimalist yet crafted beautifully. Atlas Accessories promised all of these and I was not disappointed. An absolutely stunning piece, I am blown away by the quality and its restrained elegance.
I also reached out to have a bespoke necklace created for my son's jade pendant. Again, this has been wonderfully and expertly crafted in the same Black Kangaroo.
Dagna went above and beyond to ensure I received both of these before Christmas. The initial shipment was unexpectedly returned to Atlas however Dagna quickly re-packaged the items and it was received a few days before Christmas. Thank you so much to Dagna, Gregory and the team for their outstanding customer service!! I cannot recommend Atlas Accessories highly enough.

Incredible service and a lovely piece of jewellery delivered in wonderful packaging. There was a change of heart on the stone chosen and Atlas sorted things out quickly.

DISGRACEFUL - His act of omission and inclusion in his response astounds me. STILL awaiting for my refund! I feel like I'm dealing with a child, not a professional entrepreneur, at least it's going to be some nice review reading, with some pop corn :)

Still awaiting what was promised me; to fix the old bracelet and as a courteous apology send me out a new amulet/pendant necklace. I've post this and all my issues with Gregory from #atlassacceories

He is not responding on here, or on Facebook or to any of my emails, luckily it was purchased via Paypal, so I've had to fallback on them to retrieve my refund as preciously mentioned.

This establishment makes a lot of false claims, sells good accrues with abysmal finishes, like the claps that Gregory claimed was the best clasp one could acquire. He obviously hasn't see and jewelers clasps and double clasp, not this flimsy thing that is guaranteed to break sooner or later.

It's a great sad shame, this precast has the potential to be a great success, but with all it's flaws, and they Gregory mistreats his customers, insults them, and dreams up wild accusation that simply make the mind boggles.

I'm not a vengeful person, Gregory could have sorted this all out, but simply doesn't care about his customers, and when Karma bites, it's bite is nasty.

I'll write another review of the outcome of this facade of a establishment and the issues encountered with dealing with them

Gregory, I've sent you an email. Even if what you say is true, they can not disclose any information akin to what you have just mentioned, breach of DPA, but I thought you would know that, anyway read the email I sent you.

My wife's bracelet (not an atlas Accessories product) was broken, and as she was very attached to it, I decided to try and get it fixed. I had previously bought a couple of atlas bracelets, and I enjoy wearing them, so I decided to contact Atlas on the off chance that they might be able to help.

They were brilliant, and were keen to see what could be done. They offered some options and helped us to choose a design what they felt best suited the silver bead. They also re-used some silver bits from the original bracelet.

My wife was really very happy to have her bracelet back, and we would like to thank Atlas for their friendly service and "can do" approach.

I was looking for a present for my 35th wedding anniversary with Jade being the gift for this occasion. I came across AtlasAccessories with a bracelet that fitted the bill but I had left little time (and there were 2 Jubilee bank holidays in between). Despite this Gregory was true to his promise with the item prepared, despatched and received on the day of the anniversary. My wife is very happy with her gift, which is beautiful, and now has a lasting memory. Thank you very much AA.

These bracelets are insanely comfortable, I’ve never worn a bracelet before that never got in the way. The silver chains are beautiful. I loved the Trinity with the coral snake beads, SO chic.
The ladies in the shop were wonderful and very friendly. They were enthusiastic and knowledgable.
