Bought apartment (brand new project) in Torre de la Horadada through Atlas International. Purchase process, which is a very standardized process, went as planned. Apartment was taken over early 2023.

The follow-up process, which is an individual process, has been totally disastrous.

We have paid a lot of money for extra detailed work to be done in the apartment, but Atlas has chosen other and cheaper solutions than agreed and described in contract. Atlas acknowledges that work has not been carried out as agreed, but refuses to improve the work or refund money as that will cost them money (!). When we refer to contract and written agreements, and the fact that we can take them to court for this, their representative answers: “go ahead, it will take you at least 20 years”.

Atlas chose not to stick to contract and written aggreements made, and they are surprisingly totally open about it (!).

Must say I have never encountered greater arrogance or a more unprofessional company ever.

Atlas International really deserves a review on Trustpilot and a warning to others considering doing business with them.

This company owns property rentals.
DO NOT use this company, they have no morels and WILL rip you off.
We paid a deposit for a property that we later cancelled 3 weeks before our contracted date was to start on the 23rd March 2018. Kay Noble and her husband who was present at the time said we would get our deposit back if she could get someone else in the property before that date.. well I personally got someone in there by advertising on FB.. the new tenant moved in on the 15th March 2018 some eight days before my contract was to start, despite her verbal and written word that she would pay the 450 euros back, she now decides to keep the money.. Totally wrong in my opinion.. DO NOT give them your card details.
