Stay away from this company. I ordered a $2,500 chest through Etsy 4 months ago. Delivery kept getting delayed. They wanted me to cancel my order on Etsy and order directly through them. Etsy wouldn't give a refund because it was beyond their purview. Then the store closed its presence on Etsy. After countless attempts to find out what happened I had to file a fraud claim on my credit card
I’ve made a few purchases from this business now. Absolutely lovely products and beautifully crafted. The wood used is exceptional. On my most recent order, the item came with the very slightest crack. I had excellent customer service and we found a great solution! I would recommend this business, their products, and their service. Very positive experience!
The Atlas Muse Crafts team did an excellent job on the Thuya wood box I ordered and were very receptive to my engraving request as well as the red velvet detailing I requested. They also did a great job in ensuring the box was complete and delivered in my rather tight timeline.
Die Kiste ist gut verarbeitet und sieht gut aus. Die Lieferung war schnell und die Verpackung war gut.
Leider ist das Schloss defekt (kann ich aber selber reparieren), aber auch der kleine Schlüssel fehlt was sehr ärgerlich ist.
Ansonsten hätte ich glatte 5 Sterne gegeben.
