Hi Chris
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive as expected. I’ve looked into it and can confirm there was a delay, despite your selection of priority delivery. While we do our best to dispatch and deliver all orders on time, occasionally unforeseen issues can cause delays, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We have refunded your delivery charges in full, and I can see the goods arrived a few days later than planned. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Online Sales Team
