Working with both Kris and Linh made our experience amazing. We were able to see things we never thought we would see. They made it streamlined perfectly. Everything went according to plan. It was more than I expected. Possibly the best tour I've ever been on in the world. I own a tour company myself in Lake Tahoe. So it's hard to make me happy and they did. This is the best company to work with in Vietnam. If you want to travel and see this beautiful country. Can't wait to come back and do another tour with this amazing company.

The planning of our holiday was a very smooth process. Once in Vietnam, we were very relaxed as everything was perfectly organized. Due to weather conditions, we had to change our plans during our stay and this was perfectly organized: flights, hotels, activities (incl. guides, drivers, transfers). Top!

We made a three weeks trip from North to South of Vietnam. The entire trip, guides, hotels, lunches, etc ... were planned and organized by Kris from Travel Mate. This was perfect organized. Great hotels and very knowledgeable guides gave us a great travel experience. I have advised my daughter and already several friends to have their Vietnam trip organized by Kris from Travel Mate. I was on tour to Vietnam with family for 12 days through Vasu Travel, India and Atravelmate, Vietnam. Our itinerary included Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Ha Noi, Cruise and Sa Pa.

Ms Trang Emily’s planning was seamless and she tailored the itinerary perfectly to our interests. She accommodated all our last minute requests and ensured that we were at ease. Hotels were very good. All the drivers very courteous.

Our guides Mr Tu Tran at Ha Noi, Miss Tam at Da Nang and Mr khien at Phu Quoc were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their job. They have made our trip enjoyable.

Their way of dealing with the tourists, taking care of them, giving extra time in addition to their briefs is commendable.

Hats off or them.

I strongly recommend their services to all English speaking people while visiting Vietnam.

Jaren van maandenlange overwintering in Vietnamese uithoeken, cultuur en alledaagse leven. Reizend door Vietnam. 100% verzorgd door TravelMate Kris. De vele ontmoetingen met bijzondere mensen (dank) vastgelegd in mijn boekje ‘Loteses&cloques’ en in documentaires voor TVELLEF Fons op klompen’ waren zonder Kris niet mogelijk geweest. Tot gauw weer in Vietnam.
