I am satisfied with the product. Just took so long to deliver. However, I ordered three additional pieces yesterday. Can I get them in a more timely manner?

Four tier Tall & Narrow Bamboo Shoe Rack
I ordered a four tier Tall & Narrow Bamboo Shoe Rack. I received 4 two tier plastic shoe racks, scratched up out of the box, no assembly instructions.
Shipping was a nightmare. I received notification of delivery on a Friday, nothing in my mail box. Contacted customer service... they insisted that I contact USPS, all my neighbors. I had already done so. They suggested three times I go through this because their "tracking", which the USPS could not use for some reason, said it was delivered. We need to start buying USA made!!! (but figuring out what is coming from overseas is another challenge in itself!

Awesome water shoes
At first I was disappointed they were shipped from Poland after ordering. It took about 2 1/2 weeks but they came . I absolutely love them. The water shoes fit like socks and the stay on. I jog in the pool and they keep my feet secure and solid. Ty
