Having found ATT online my first response was to customer service which was both knowledgeable helpful and courteous, although im based in london i hadnt realised the manufacture was in Durham. This was not a issue as all measurements occurred online, however as i was at the time having tech issues, customer services was superb and i actually spoke with real people, this aspect often overlooked these days made me confident that i was dealing with a legitamate company.
i had my delivery on the day promised even though it was a bank holiday monday and the delivery guys were efficient and polite and in & out after i inspected the goods. The best part was the super competitive price and the ease of fitting the frame and doors, my first time and im not overly handy, fitted in less than 2 hrs. Saving over a grand than using local installation companies.
my only tip is measuring and do this in mm and double check and triple check.

Product delivered with defects but no refund or replacement was accepted by the supplier

I recently purchased my sliding doors and single pane floor to ceiling window from Att Fabrications. They were made to measure and fit like a glove! Beautiful, well made doors with great customer service to go with it. Michael kept us up to date often in regards to what stage the doors and window were up to. Nothing was a problem to him and he went above and beyond in the designing process to ensure we knew exactly what we wanted with the space we had. Thank you very much Att Fabrications and special thanks to Michael for being so pleasant throughout the whole process . i would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting bespoke aluminium doors and windows. Throughout my purchase to delivery the service was excellent. The bifold door I purchased was made to measure. I waited slightly longer than expected but Abbie (customer service representative) was brilliant, she contacted me and kept me informed constantly. She went over and above to ensure I was updated several times whilst waiting. The delivery company were great, they rang the day before with an expected time, and delivered within the time stated. I hired a door fitter to fit the doors on the same day. He said the door was well made with decent product, a good quality door. I am very happy with the service and product, I can highly recommend. I have another bifold due to be purchased later this year, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to ATT Fabrications. A special thanks to Abbie.

Warning, don't buy bi-folding doors from this company as they cannot assemble them correctly and their customer service is appalling.

Cannot recommend ATT enough. We bought a garden room from them in spring 2021 and it was installed in June 21. At first I was a bit worried given we live in Scotland and the company is in Durham so we paid for installation too. From order to installation they kept us up to date and when the guys arrived they built the room within a day and a half. The quality of the product is great and really good quality. Watch the videos, it’s exactly what happens. I appreciate you effectively get an external shell but we paid for the insulation too so we could use it all year. Once the guys left our sparky did his part then our joiner put the insulation, plasterboard and wooden flooring in and we ended up saving about £7K overall compared to what we’d been quoted elsewhere. The after care service is also fantastic. We had a minor issues with our patio door lock but Clint drove all the way from Durham to fix it, on a Saturday! It was nothing to do with the installation, just an issue with faulty lock mechanism.
Since it was finished we have used it pretty much every weekend and simply use a oil filled radiator to heat it in the winter, but in the summer months you definitely don’t need heating. It hold its heat with the insulation very well so I recommend getting it if you want year round use. We absolutely love our garden room. You will not be disappointed!

The anthracite french doors were excellent quality, price was excellent, the service was excellent, the availability and dispatch of the product was handled promptly and I received confirmation that the product had been dispatched within a few days and that the courier would be in touch to arrange a day for delivery. The courier however didn't get in touch 4 days later, so I found out their number and rang them. After another day to get back to me they said that the earliest date they could deliver was in another 2 weeks and then the delivery slot 10am-12 noon, arrived at 330pm. So overall it took almost 4 weeks to get my doors that had been advertised as 1-2 week delivery. I blame this on the courier, but it is ATT Fabs that chose to use this courier.

Good quality product and delivery was timely.
I would have given 5 star but there was a few issues which I was able to sort or I am putting up with.
But overall a good buy.

Just fitted the bifold doors they look really good. Nice grey finish on the outside.

Very pleased with my French doors and window.

Quality was everything I'd hoped for and more.

Excellent French Doors. These are my second lot of French doors. Got 3 set 6 years ago for back of my house. Got 2 more set for my garage that has been made into a small granny flat. I can’t fault them excellent. Very well made. Thanks again. George Barclay

Good value for money, not difficult to fit yourself, my brother and I fitted easily in one day.
Delivery was easy and on time.
I would be helpful if you could purchase a fixing kit as an option.
