The whole company is a huge scammer
The whole company is a huge scammer.
I told them on the phone that I needed the storage for 4 to 8 weeks. When I was leaving I was told I needed to pay rent for 12 weeks because that’s what the contract said. So nothing what we discussed on the phone was true!
When I went to get the last boxes the lift was not working again. I had to hire someone to carry my boxes downstairs because I’m not able to carry anything.
The storage on top of me leaked and something was dripping over my stuff from the roof. I got no notification of this, I only found out when they had left a note inside saying they’ve checked my storage.
I just got £100 back my deposit which was £180.
These people steels money from you and nothing works there.

We regret the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. After reviewing your case, we acknowledge that there might have been some miscommunication about the terms of your agreement and apologise for any confusion.
We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lift issue during your move-out. We attempted to assist by recommending a man and van services, but we understand this may not have been sufficient.
Regarding the leakage in your unit, we were not notified during your stay. We encourage customers to report any issues promptly so we can address them effectively.
We've refunded the remaining balance of your deposit, ensuring you've been refunded in full.

It was my first time with Attic storage…
It was my first time with Attic storage in Bow and I am very happy that I made that choice. Chad and Daniel were wonderful and patient. They were most helpful and guided me right down the smallest detail thus making it the best experience possible. The team at Bow are a credit to the company and provide a First-class service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needed both a modern storage facility and peace of mind.

Great service at Attic
Daniel was super helpful, explained everything very well and stayed in touch to make sure everything goes smoothly on the moving day.
Attic storage is straight forward and would definitely recommend.

Fast and friendly
Daniel and Stephen were proactive, responsive, clear and concise with information. This made organising arrangements easy and swift. The facilities are well organised and clean. They took time to ensure a smooth process and were affable and approachable when responding to questions. Great professional and friendly customer service.

Stephen was really helpful and very patient throughout the process . I bombarded him with questions every now and then but he was always quick to respond.
He understood my requirements and suggested me a storage unit even though I thought I will need more storage.He assured me if I needed more he would accommodate accordingly and there was nothing I should be worried about.
There was indeed nothing to be worried about and my belongings are stored safely. Such a professional and helpful guy!
