I have been using Copperstudio since the past 6 months and I am going to recommend this to my friends. The staff here provided me with appropriate information on my order and it arrived on time. The quality was so amazing.

I ordered a chefs knife from this company that was advertised as sleek and sharp. When it arrived the package was completely damaged and the ties on the inside had already been broken open. The knife itself was the same size as a butter knife and looked as if it had been terribly hand carved. The edge was completely rugged and spiked like a saw and it wouldn’t cut a thing.
I knew I was after falling for a scam once I saw the knife and the condition it arrived in.
I emailed the company with all the images of the knife and packaging just in case they were genuine and they tried to claim the knife was perfect and that they couldn’t give me my money back, repair it or replace it.
I knew then for sure that it was a scam.
I also ordered this product from an Australian company to try save money on shipping by ordering from inside Australia but when I tracked the shipping it said the product was coming from India. I’m not sure if this is normal protocol but I found it to be very strange.
I would definitely recommend avoiding this company as it is most certainly a scam.
