When placing my online order the wrong size was selected. One quick call to the company resolved this and the correct size was delivered the following day.

Although the item i ordered was not available i was offered a close replacement with some complementary golf balls or a full refund.
I chose the alternative and had delivery within 2 days.

I ordered a sweater online (I'm in the US at the moment) from Auchterlonies, and I was contacted within hours about the order --- there was only one sweater left and it had a small snag. The representative sent a photo so that I could see the snag, and offered a discount. I accepted the offer because I love the sweater and have looked high and low for it. They sent it promptly and I could not be happier.

The fact that they communicated so clearly about the sweater's condition, were graceful enough to determine a new, reasonable value for it, and sent it promptly has given Auchterlonies a lot of esteem and value, from my point of view!
