Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend

After trying the traditional estate agent route to selling for over a year, I reluctantly decided to give Auction House ago, in attempting to sell my fathers house for him.

I shouldn't have worried at all. Daniel Andrews and his team gave a first class service in guiding me through the auction process, mutually agreeing a price to attract potential buyers and been very polite, professional and keeping us informed through-out the process.

End result, house sold in 6 weeks from 1st contact, for a price I would have accepted through the estate agents, but without all the stress, worry, paperwork and back and forth. Would highly recommend.

I felt it important to write a review for other people like me to learn from what I experienced. I used Auction House in West Yorkshire and from my first call to after the sale they have been absolutely first class. Dan Andrews gave wonderful advice and guidance, but still let me make my own decisions, I never felt any pressure. I always felt fully informed and once the ball was rolling I became very confident that the team would sell it at the best price that they could - which I feel they did! Dan has a well organised helpful team (Rebecca was great) who kept me fully informed on what was happening, including weekly calls and viewing updates. It is a well oiled machine they run.

I am autistic and the need to sell my late mothers house was very daunting. However auction house made the process very easy. Bryony ( Leeds branch) explained everything to us, to enable us to sell our parents home, she explained charges, took the photos and gave follow ups, the property sold a month later and she called to congratulate us for achieving a price over the reserve.
