Professional, Audiologist was helpful
I went into the Audika Bath clinic as a walk in to get some help with my hearing aids, even though my hearing aids we’re not purchased with Audika, the audiologist Eli still saw me and helped me out with my issue. Anju the receptionist was friendly and helped me while waiting for Eli.
I will be coming back to Eli and Anju in the future when I am looking to upgrade my current pair.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Eli was super professional, friendly and helpful. He tried lots of ideas to maximise / customise my husband's hearing. He encouraged us to walk around outside to test different real life sound environments & used our feedback to adjust hearing aids.

Excellent service at Audika in Bath
I was previously with Ampliphon which has now been taken over by Audika. The staff in the two centres in Bath handled the complexities of such a changeover well.
I had a problem with build-up of ear wax which was causing feedback in my left ear’s hearing aid. I went to another company to have this wax removed. They removed it but then recommended a product to keep my ear free of wax. But after just 2 weeks my ear was blocked with a white-coloured wax! The people at Audika removed this (for free) and recommended I only use Earol in future. The staff - Elisha ( not sure of spelling) and Sioban - are very good at their jobs.
