I have just had my final appointment with Wendy at Bedford who has been brilliant in sorting out my ears for me after an infection and wax build up. Micro suction isn't a particularly pleasant experience, but Wendy explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. She was kind, patient and very informative. Very impressed!

A quick and efficient service
I arrived on time and was seen on time by Wendy. She explained precisely what was to be done by her and about the follow-up sessions and answered all my questions fully. The procedure was quick and efficient and I was most pleased with everything.
