The service at the Shenfield Audika centre was excellent. I had my earwax removed 2 weeks ago, but as there was too much and some was too hard to remove I had to return for a second visit (at no extra cost). Now ears are totally cleared of earwax, a very professional job by Debbie. The staff are always very welcoming and I would highly recommend their service

Called in for my annual check up and service. Always a warm and courteous welcome. Had hearing tested and discussed a possible upgrade to latest model aids. As minimal changes booked appointment for next year. Of course there is always the option of a walk in appointment to review and fix any changes. Great service as usual.

Visited Hidden Hearing in Shenfield for ear wax removal and a hearing test following a medical that showed a blockage. They were very efficient and Debbie, in particular, was personable and professional. She wouldn’t go ahead with the wax removal until I had applied olive oil drops for five days. Had to go back for another visit as the blockage was stubborn and ended up having two hearing tests - all at no extra cost. Would thoroughly recommend them
