Diane was very nice and helpful and made it an enjoyable experience.

The Hidden Hearing technician adjusted my hearing aids to give me better volume and clarity. Unfortunately I'm losing some sound registers in my head so I can never get the quality of sound of years ago. But I suppose this is part of the ageing process.

I am very impressed with the help I have received from Hidden Hearing, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
I went to the not knowing what was wrong and or it was even my hearing that was at fault. Ellie showed me the results after an hour of tests just how bad my right ear was, and boay now that I have had the aids fitted I can now hear things I didn't know I was missing. Oh, and my family also say thank you as the tv does not need to be anywhere near as loud as it was.

I came here for a earwax removal and Dr Dorr was amazing and very helpful. The process was painless and really quick!

Adam was very informative and professional, the hearing aids have made me realise how poor my hearing had become. Adam set the hearing aids up for my requirements and showed me how use the app on my mobile where you are connected by bluetooth to adjust the volume etc.

I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

I went for my normal hearing check up at Hidden Hearing, but couldn’t complete the check up because of a build up of wax. I booked an appointment for wax removal with Hidden Hearing, it was amazing. It was pain free as the wax is sucked gently out of your ear.
I would like to say thank you to Diane for explaining the whole procedure beforehand.

Good service from Hidden Hearing in Cambridge recently, including Practioner (Diane Dorr) and Dispenser (Ellie Palmer). Great products with a friendly, professional (non-pushy) approach.

Excellent service provided by Sharon in Cambridge who removed ear wax. The booking system was not very good - all by telephone with no apparent ability to book and pay online.

Although she couldn't test my hearing because of ear wax on my recent viisit, Ellie Palmer has dealt with me efficiently and sensitively, preparing the way with my GP for the follow up vist.
