Very good experience again at Audika. Zoe Merry is a very pleasant, friendly and caring lady. She is very thorough and explained everything very clearly to my husband. The facility is modern, bright and clean. I thoroughly recommend Audika.

I've had a build up of earwax which was causing hearing issues. I was seen within a few days and I required a 2nd appointment which was covered by the cost of the first which I thought was really good value!
I was seen by Dee, who was lovely. Very gentle & kind, she made sure to explain how I can prevent earwax build up in the future and all round she made my somewhat embarrassing experience seems quite "normal".

Ease of booking an appointment,plus the staff are very thorough and happy to answer all my questions .
I was sent a reminder plus the receptionist called to be sure i could attend my appointment.

Lovely spotlessly clean reception and treatment rooms, very friendly staff, explained exactly what the procedure involved fully and I was able to ask any questions before procedure. It was a very comfortable efficient procedure very happy with outcome and given valuable advice about follow up care and future maintenance of my ears would highly recommend.

Fast, painless and easy wax removal and pleasant experience

The appointment was easy to arrange, and a reminder was sent in plenty of time. The wax removal was done with a minimum of discomfort and an appointment for a subsquent hearing test and repairs to a hearing aid arranged straight away. Excellent service.
