I was dealt with from the very first point of contact with professionalism. I was made to feel very welcome. Rather than call me by my surname I was spoken to by my forename which I actually found appropriate. All procedures were explained in a good way for me to understand. Staff were extremely helpful. Visited Hidden Hearing on Wednesday 21/2/2024 and was attended to by Linda Morgan. My first visit, definitely inclines me to future visits should I need services. Was professionally handled, coffee biscuits etc and at the end given a clean bill of hearing health, clearly & simply explained. Wonderful service & a credit to her organisation - thank you Linda.

Linda of Croydon was quick, efficient and delicate. She managed to removed a huge cluster of double blocked earwax (dark brown/old and light brown/ soft wax)

I attended for a wax removal procedure.
I was provided with clear instructions with how to prepare my ears for the removal in the week leading up to my appointment. Cherelle who carried out the procedure on the day was friendly and professional, and the procedure was quick and painless. Cherelle also provided me with after-care instructions.

Wow what can I say about the lovely two ladies that work there. Receptionist was so welcoming and kind making you feel at ease as soon walk in. Offered tea coffee etc while we wait. I arrived early and it wasn’t a problem they saw me straight away. Linda the lady that extracted the wax from my ear was just wonderful! So polite and caring going through all the steps and showing me the process as we went on. Was worries about the wax being too hard but fortunately she done an amazing job and managed to get all my wax out. Such a relief and I can’t thank them anymore.

I was worried about my hearing sound for a very long time , I start looking a place to do a test and I found Hidden Hearing. I book an appointment online and next day a very helpful lady call me to confirm I don’t know her name, she help with my booking as there was a duplicate book and my one was not issue but she short it out and she even say don’t worry your appointment wouldn’t be cancel. When arriving to the centre , I was received with a smile and the lady also ask me if I want a cup of coffee. What a professional and welcoming place. After waiting for 10 mins I was received by Mr Kalhan , who was welcoming and professional, luckily my hearing was good I was worried for nothing. The test was very easy and Mr kalhan was very professional answer all my questions . I left hidden hearing that day with a my question answer and happy also I enjoy the day . I fully recommend Hidden hearing as number one centre for hearing aid.

Attended the branch at park street Croydon from booking to completion 5*service from reception Janine (I think) to Linda who carried out procedure talked and showed pictures throughout was even offered a parking space
