Kami was very informative and adjusted my hearing aids from my hearing test. She did not try to sell me new hearing aids. She was very friendly and efficient.
Sam is great at Reception. In the past she has solved problems over the phone. Camilla did a very thorough job in restoring my hearing aids to life. Good team.
The excellent service and personsal attention. Nothing was too Much and the service was exceptional. I know I would not be worried about contacting them if a was concerned on any wsy

As a first time buyer/user of hearing aids, everything was explained in really clear terms. My follow-up appointment is arranged and I have the reassurance of being able to go back at any time should I need to. Kami was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and the receptionist was welcoming. Both were very friendly.

Pricing is an issue
The audiologist I met with was wonderful and explained everything very clearly. The problem is in the price. Quoted £5,499 for a pair of the latest Oticon hearing aids. A quick google search shows me I can get them for £3,200 with all the same after-care/warranty terms just about anywhere else.
