your company carried out a very indepth hearing test , comparied to 2 previous companys , your company were 1st class in there approch there professionisam on carrying out the eye test etc

Hearing aids were sent out and repaired and returned to shop in less than ten days.

The staff at Audika are pleasant and the audiologist I saw Mr Gordon Bruce is very pleasant and answers all questions I had and puts you at ease when doing the tests on your ears. I would highly recommended anyone who needs a hearing test go to Audika. I got my hearing aids 2 years ago, got my test then was told to go back later on that day to pick up my hearing aids. Also the staff at the reception is very pleasant and helpful.

I am in the Audika to collect my ear molds for my hearing aids, what a big difference it makes, the sound is really good, I can even hear a £10 note drop on the floor! Joking aside, the sound that my ear molds pick up is really amazing, Audik do very good work, the receptionist Shiela is realy very helpful with how I go about my hearing aids. After checking the condition of both ears a very comprehensive sound test was carried out that identified a general loss that was worse at higher frequencies. A pair of aids were programmed to correct for the losses and then further tests were conducted.
The improvement was amazing and a pair of recommended aids were purchased at a special reduced price.
A wonderful experience masterminded by a true professional, Gordon Bruce.
If you have hearing problems I would definitely recommend a visit.
