Audika - Guildford Opiniones

Darren was great he explained everything in detail. He also explained that he was still a trainee soon to be fully qualified. Well he was excellent.

Not cancelling my appointment would be appreciated

Michael was very understanding and explained the way forward most clearly.

Mick is always very helpful

Reassuring expertise.

Friendly, professional, thorough, on time appointment, a great all-round service.

I have been using hearing aids for many years. Until I tried out the Oticon I used in the ear aids.I found the Oticon aid to give a much clearer speech reception.

Excellent product and first class service at the Guldford office. Wish I had made the move earlier. Many thanks

It was a very pleasant and helpful experience. Everything was explained really well and I was made aware of what each step involved and was given the outcome. I had confidence in the gentleman as he was very knowledgeable and presented everything well.
I was given options and there was no hard sell.
I thoroughly recommend this company.

After an enforced absence, my hearing was tested, aids have been updated they perform so much better, very happy and my service kit has been replenished.
Service was excellent as per normal, this is a really personal service.

Have dealt with Mick for many years and also saw Avni this morning for the first time to have new devices set up and fitted. Avni was very patient and professional as well as knowledgeable about the new functionality in addition to the use of the website. What an asset she is to HH. Well done to her and Mick and all at Team Guildford.

You were made to sit at ease whilst the procedure was being explained to you. The procedure was done very professionally, efficiency & ended with a job well done. I can hear now which makes me feel more human again!

Everything is fine

Joe came to do a home visit for my elderly parents who were both struggling with their hearing. He explained the hearing test and options for the hearing aids thoroughly, and was very patient and kind with mum and dad. It’s lovely the whole family can have a proper conversation with both of them now, it’s made everything so much easier for everyone. Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, the service has been outstanding from start to finish, we cannot thank you enough Joe!

Kathryn inspired confidence, was totally on top of her job, and was excellent.

Joseph is very helpful, and not in a rush.

Great service, very well organised. They really care about your hearing and the consultant is very knowledgeable

Easy, hygienic, helpful, professional
