Leaving a review on behalf of my elderly father.
After suffering for many years with ear wax and despite multiple treatments from his GP the issue has never been resolved. Until today. Despite the treatment taking longer than expect and a further visit later in the day to retrieve the persistent stubborn wax, dad is absolutely overjoyed with his treatment. He also would like to say the lady that did the treatment was so lovely.

Dad will be more than happy to recommend this service to anyone.

The staff at the Halifax store are second to none! Very professional, warm and accommodating! They deserve to succeed.

Both the receptionist and the audiologist were friendly and helpful. My hearing test was thorough and he went to a lot of trouble to explain how to use the hearing aids. Unfortunately I could not get used to them, and had to return them, and again the receptionist was friendly and helpful and there was no quibble. My wife and I are really impressed by the excellent service and I am very sorry I had to return them. I would like to thank them both.

I have never required ear wax removal before and I couldn’t hear very well at all when I went for my appointment, 20 minutes later and my hearing is back! Absolutely painless and such a relief, the team are very friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Hidden Hearing came to my rescue when Boots (Halifax) failed to fulfill my appointment. I was desperate to get my hearing problem sorted immediately- not in 2 weeks time as Boots offered!! - & visited Hidden Hearing to see what they could offer. To my absolute delight I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who said I was very lucky & they could fit me in immediately. I was introduced to the audiologist, Chloe, who explained thoroughly the process for wax removal &, after a few preliminary inspections of my ears, proceeded to use the micro-suction equipment to remove the wax blockages. The process was quick, painless &, I’m pleased to say, successful. Chloe was very friendly & informative throughout the entire procedure.
I can highly recommend Hidden Hearing & will not hesitate to use them in future should the need arise.

Easy to make the appointment and a call on the day to confirm attendance. Tracy was very friendly, helpful and informative and kept my husband company whilst I had the treatment. The treatment was carried out professionally and I had no pain from the procedure. The end result meant the pain I was suffering was relieved instantly. Treatment was followed by a short hearing test and I made an appointment for the full, free hearing test at a later date.

Just had ear wax removal with Chloe in Halifax and she was amazing. Explained everything so thoroughly she was so kind and gentle, was really good to see a before and after on the camera. And i return in 2 days for a full hearing test with the Audiologist.

Excellent service. Everything was explained in detail and in simple to understand terms. Follow up appointments at two weeks and six months but if there are any problems just call in to see them .

My right ear had been blocked for three days following an ear infection and I was put on a 4-week long waiting list by the GP. I called Tracey at Hidden Hearing and 30 mins later was registered and having my ears suctioned!
Both Tracey and Chloe were lovely. Really professional, warm and welcoming. There was no pressure to sign up for anything I didn’t want to, and it was well worth it to be able to hear in colour again!

Thanks both for being so lovely, I’ll definitely try and send my Mum down to get her hearing tested!
