The appointment was an annual hearing and hearing aid checkup. It was conducted with professional care and the results explained as we went along.
I am more than happy with the hearing aid and the maintenance thereof.

As usual, a thorough examination by a well-known, highly-proficient consultant with whom I have had regular dealings for eight years.
Nothing was too much trouble for him to listen to my report of hearing-problems and, after considerable care and questions, he came up with a good solution.

Well greeted
Well greeted, good hearing test and explanation of what my problem was. It all made sense, the aids were fitted and the app installed. Great service and follow-up visits. Operator sociable and seemed genuinely interested.
