Having never had this procedure before, Dee (Hartman) explained the process prior to doing anything which made the experience educational. Then once underway the process was seamless and the results are amazing. I will be going back on a regular basis and would highly recommend Dee's services.

The fantastic Dee from the Eastergate centre made me feel so very welcome and super comfortable. My ears were rather clogged up from an IED explosion in 2012. Took me 10 years to finally sort them. Now my hearing is so much clearer. Thank you Dee! Would highly recommend.
