My wife and I both had ear wax removal done by Tracy. Everything was explained clearly to us before treatment began. The ear wax removal was undertaken with great care, and we were shown photos and videos of the before and after treatment.
In my case the deafness in one ear was restored to full hearing again after a lot of wax buildup was removed.
We can both highly recommend ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing - Inverness, and Tracy for her care and patience.

Also a mention for Kevin who made us a coffee and was very chatty and informative on hearing aids etc as I waited for my wife to have her treatment.

Emma the audiologist was very helpful and informative and answered all my questions and queries, extremely well. A worthwhile visit. My hearing aids were also overhauled and any problems sorted.

After 3 weeks of an acute ear wax problem and a diagnosis, but no further assistance from the NHS, I was relieved to obtain a speedy appointment at Hidden Hearing. Tracy, at the Inverness branch, was incredibly informative and highly professional. She skilfully, thoroughly and gently removed the wax with suction equipment. Her approach was reassuring and friendly throughout. I was extremely relieved and the discomfort I had been experiencing was quickly resolved.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing and hope that they will provide this service on Skye soon.

I was given a warm welcome on arrival at the clinic. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee.
Tracy, the ear care practitioner welcomed me and after taking details proceeded to remove the wax build up in both ears.
The procedure was painless and my hearing was greatly improved after the careful treatment.
Excellent value for money.
