Had microsuction wax removal in Inverness branch. Tracy was so reassuring and calming. Would highly recommend. Already booked next year's appointment!

I recently had two visits to the Inverness branch of Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal. I was looked after by Tracy who made the whole process smooth and stress-free, going through all the medical stuff, explaining the procedure and what to expect, performing the ear wax removal, showing me before and after videos, doing a hearing screening afterwards, and then discussing follow-up options. All-in-all, a great service and I have booked a repeat visit for next year.

Emma was very clear, thorough and informative involving both myself and my daughter who accompanied me. It was the first time I'd felt fully informed of all that was going on

Attended at the Inverness branch to have ear wax removed which was carried out by Tracy.

A first class service from start to finish. She thoroughly explained the whole process, what I was to expect and the aftercare required.

Both ears now clear of a lot of ear wax!!!

I have been putting off having my hearing loss attended to for about 30 years.
I bit the bullet and booked with Hidden Hearing. I can only rate them 5 strs because an option for superstars doesn't exist.
I was accommodated so brilliantly from booking to the actual micro suction procedure. Tracy Stuart was just brilliant, very professional and incredibly kind.
I have to go for a further appointment in week, not least because I left it so long.
