My consultant (Nick) was on time, efficient, empathetic, clear, informative and likeable with immediate follow up of a small omission.

Marco is excellent at his job, really takes the time to listen, and genuinely does everything he can to help. Very professional, caring, and easy to talk to. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. A great guy and highly recommended!

وانا ممتنة لكادر الموظفين فيه لمساعدتي وتفهم ما اريد منهم وخاصة انه اللغة الانكليزية ليست لغتي الام.
انا انصح بالتعامل مع مركز السمعيات هذا، لانهم محترفين وكفوئين ويبدون النصيحة للمراجعين ويساعدونهم في اختيار السمعيات الافضل من ناحية الجودة والسعر.
نوع السمعيات التي استخدمها اسمها اوتكون وهي نوعية جدا راقية ساعدتني على تمييز الاصوات بوضوح
ونقلتني الى عالم ثاني عند الاستماع الى المحاضرات او الموسيقى.

Seen on time. Lovely staff, particularly Dee.

Mark Lovett is brilliant and i have recommended him to lots of people, who have purchased hearing aids from him.
But -and this is a big but -his receptionist ( who was also excellent) seems to be away. As a result somewhere was handling his calls and it simply did not work. Shambolic is the word that springs to mind. He never received messages etc from me.
He obviously needs much better back up and someone who understands his appointment system.
I lost a hearing aid and it took 3 weeks to get a short appointment with him to sync a new one, which he had in stock.
I am never speaking to anyone but his own receptionist in future, and if this one is off sick surely you can provide him with another?
I feel really strongly that it is not fair on Mark for him to have to endure such inefficient back up.

Dee, in the Kensington High Street branch (248-250) is very professional and passionate about her work. She is extremely thorough and will ensure all unwanted wax is removed, however stubborn.
A thorough hearing test is also provided.
I would highly recommend.

I booked an appointment for ear wax removal and Khadisha did an excellent job on removing all of the ear in both of my ears. It was very easy to book and I highly recommend this service.

Although I went on the initial date which had been postponed, I was still treated very kindly and efficiently.
