The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Then Dee dealt with my father, who was very anxious, in a calm, unhurried manner which put him at his ease. Her whole approach was professional and reassuring but above all kind - this is something that as a nurse of 35 years that I value most highly in a healthcare encounter, so grateful thanks to her.

Dee successfully removed the wax from both of my parents’ ears via the hoovering out method. She has a friendly and calming manner, explaining all steps, and alleviating any concerns her clients may have. You can see before and after photos (if you wish!) and a hearing test is also undertaken as part of the service. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you require this procedure.

Professional hearing test, with good explanation of the results. And of options. No pressure to buy, but I did. My new hearing aids are yonks better than NHS. Follow-up appointments are good, too. The branch is smart, well run, and with very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

This was an annual checkup for me, which is free of charge every year. It was reassuring to be tested by an experienced audiologist, Kate, who said that everything was as before - no change for the worse. The test included a maintenance check of my hearing aids as well as ear health tests. Even though Hidden Hearing has now the same name as their parent company, Audika, the Kingston branch is still as excellent as they were before. The service and friendly staff made my visit even better. I would recommend the Kingston Audika Hearing Centre and I give them full marks.

Over the last few years I have found it necessary to have my ears regularly cleared and have tried 5 different outfits.
As far as I am concerned Khadisha Walters at Hidden Hearing Kingston is by far the best that I have found. She manages to be friendly and welcoming while also being knowledgeable, professional and thorough.
