Troy, based in Hidden Hearing, Allerton Road is an exceptional practitioner. He is very knowledgeable about latest software updates and takes care to listen to patient needs. He reviewed my history of hearing loss, compared air conductivity with bone conductivity and gave me complete confidence in the state of my hearing.
He has a great rapport with clients and is always proactive.

I had a visit at home for a replacement hearing aid and a hearing test which originated from a visit to the Liverpool centre who were absolutely brilliant, this is where I found out I had an issue with my hearing aid
and my ears, I needed them syringing which I got done the next day and it was a very reasonable charge, I think Hidden Hearing are brilliant from the centre's to the home visits, they are always friendly and helpful and our very respectful of my property every time they visit, I will never use anyone else for my hearing.

Today my confidence has been restored because of a brilliant appointment with Kate A R-Standing at the Allerton Road Branch Liverpool . Kate a total professional very experienced and the best one to one consultant I`ve meet in a long time . I am a Director of a family Mortgage business . With my experience in business it enables me to real quality people. Kate will solve any apprehensions you may be feeling. Kate is in demand only at this branch twice a week .
