Alistair Adams was brilliant! He was very thorough and professional. He immediately put me at my ease and carefully explained what the procedure and hearing tests involved. I am delighted with my new aids and would thoroughly recommend his services to my friends.

I took my mother who is 91 for wax removal treatment and immediately was put at ease by the lovely Dawn the receptionist before going into the treatment room. I was invited in, which was a comfort to my mum. Terri was marvellous in telling her exactly what was going to happen before starting the treatment which was carried out with care. I have to say the results are amazing. Thanks to Dawn, Terri and the team for a great service. 👏👏👏👏

Harvey and Dawn at the Llandudno office sorted out a recent complicated deafness problem. Nothing was too much for them making me feel reassured and supported. They offered more than a competent service and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Jeff, who looks after my mother, Rachel, is so incredibly patient with her. He always has the time to answer carefully and clearly both my mother and her interfering children’s questions! We really couldn’t ask for better care. Thank you Jeff! Ps. And we still manage to have some laughter as well!

Once again terrific service earwax removed effortlessly and with care thank you Terri highly recommend.

The service I receive is very good. Always on time when they have a appointment with me at home. All the staff are friendly, pleasant and easy to get along with. I had a problem with my hearing aids but they were always ready to help and have sorted it out fir me. They are always professional.

The appointment was set for 11a.m Jan6th with Alister arriving bang on time.
He was polite, knowledgeable, with no rushing or pushy sales talk.
The whole visit was very informative, and we were left to consider our next step with no outside pressures. All in this was a positive experience.

Wow! 12 months ago I first walked into the Llandudno branch feeling extremely nervous about purchasing my first pair of hearing aids. I am in my early 50’s and had been having difficulty with my hearing for some time.
The receptionist introduced herself as Dawn and was so friendly, then I was called in for my hearing test which was to be done by Harvey who straight away eased my anxiety away, he was so understanding. After my test he recommended the Octicon More 2 which he fitted, I was even taken outside to test them where there would be a lot of background noise….and yes I cried with happiness, I honestly didn’t realise how deaf I’d become.
Today was my second 6 monthly check and what a life changer they have been in the last year!

The service here is absolutely 5 star plus! Dawn is probably one of the nicest receptionists ever that I have come across and Harvey definitely knows his job….nothing is too much trouble for him to explain anything that you don’t understand, I never feel rushed plus always feel at ease.
Okay they are a little pricey but can we put a price on any part of our health? No we can’t and especially when you get a 5 star plus customer service where you can 100 percent trust them!

On 23rd June I had and appointment at Hidden Hearing in Llandudno, I turned up 20 minutes early for the appointment at 11 am. I was not seen until 11-35 am. A small apology was made by Manager of the day, saying that he preferred to give patients as much personal attention as possible. I was very surprised at the long wait for my appointment, considering it to be unthinking and unprofessional being this late for an appointment.

On 5th. July I went to Hidden Hearing again for removal of wax, this was done in a professional manner. It should be noted that if I had gone elsewhere the charge for this service would have been taken off the price of any hearing aids supplied.

On the15th. July I went again to Hidden Hearing again arriving early. Whilst waiting another client arrived. Harvey arrived, he had just gone out to buy lunch, he had a baguette in his hand. Then without asking me, the client who had arrived after me was ushered into the screening room. The result was that I was seen 10minutes late. A curt apology was offered but no explanation to why another client who apparently did not have an appointment was seen before me. At the end of the test of my hearing, I was informed that hearing aids would be of great benefit to me as they would help with preventing dementia and would improve my general health including diabetes (which I do not suffer from). I was very surprised at the health benefits mentioned especially since I do not have as yet difficulty in company of hearing people, even in meetings held in public areas. It should be noted though that the volume of my hearing was louder after the test had been completed and a demonstration was given how much hearing aids could improve the amount of sound I could hear.

It should be noted that I asked for any information leaflets on the Oticon More 1 and none could be provided. It would have been nice to have received an information leaflet with regard to the claims told about the many benefits of wearing a hearing aid that are related to ones general health.

The one positive experience was the receptionist on duty on two of the occasions I attended who was a credit to Hidden Hearing.

The hearing aids recommended were Oticon more 1, the price for the supply of these hearing aids was £5,749-00, I was staggered at this price, which was far in access of what my wife paid elsewhere, though it should be noted that they are not from the same manufacturer . After searching online I found a prices of £3,145-00 from HearingChoice.co.uk. (Hearing Choice are represented in six counties) and from Ebay at a price of £2,250-00 for the same product I was being offered by Hidden Hearing. Prices were obtained on 16/07/2022.

It also should noted that while the hearing test was being carried I could hear a person talking in reception, the room where hearing tests are carried out did not appear to be fully sound proofed.

If you are in the market for hearing aids I would suggest you might care to consider Hidden Hearing but also go elsewhere for comparison.

Went to get some advice about my hearing as over the years working in noisy environments I felt my hearing has gotten worst and due to my age. I went to Llandudno for a day out and saw the building. Looked inside and saw the older woman at the desk using her e-cigarette.

Thought it was very unprofessional and dirty.

I turned around and went elsewhere.

I am most grateful to Harvey and Dawn at Hidden Hearing in Llandudno for all they have done to make my visits to them so happy and easy. All the tests and discussion with Harvey helped to identify the short comings in my day to day hearing. They then ordered just the right hearing aids for me which i soon adapted to. Day to day talking with my wife, friends, family and other contacts and listening to the TV and radio has been really good, for which I am most grateful.

No problem at all with the visit as is usual.

Discovered on use of devices later that they seemed to be picking up high frequency sound excessively causing listening discomfort.

A visit to the local cinema was only managed be removing the hearing aids.

Am booked in for a visit on Monday next during which I am sure the matter will be resolved.
