Audika - Oxford Upper Bar Opiniones

Great service - staff dealt promptly and efficiently with all concerns

When considering going for a hearing test, Carina at the Oxford Templars Square (Upper Bar) branch was highly recommended by a friend who uses hearing aids. I found the examination to be very thorough and Carina is very experienced and professional. I was very pleased with the explanations that Carina gave me. Highly recommended.

The South African lady who looked after me was excellent. Professional , knowledgeable in her field and very personable. This made for a very pleasant experience.

I was able to go over all matters I wanted to raise and these were satisfactorily resolved

I have been a long time client of the Oxford Templars Square shop and have met a number of Audiologists over the years. I have to say thay the current team of Carina and Louise is top notch, Nothing is too much trouble and I have been handled with professionalism care and support. All delivered with a smile.

Seen promptly by a knowledgable audiologist .
My devices were reviewed and adjusted to a much more efficient setting than previously

I would like to thank Carina at Audica, Templars Square, Cowley for the thorough and tenacious way she patiently solved the problems with my hearing. Many modifications were made and road tested over months, she explained what was happening very clearly and pleasantly and never became discouraged even though I was almost ready to give up. The many trips to Cowley were well worth it!
