Very professional consultant and staff at your retail outlet in Peterborough. Ear cleared of wax quickly. Your hearing aid was fabulous but extremely expensive at nearly £4000 for two or half that for one which is all I needed.. I will stick with my NHS aid but thank you.

Appointment made to suit my timing and carried out very professionally. Clear and precise information given about where things were with my hearing compared to last year. Cleaned my charger ports and reset the aids to suit the level of hearing I have.

Mike Davis was very professional in his approach and in dealing with my questions. He didn't rush thru the test. Because my ears were full of wax, he advised me to come back to continue the test after the wax was removed. Wax removal was offered to me at a cost; but my surgery arranged the removal free if charge under NHS. It is now done, and I will be going back to Hidden Hearing to complete Mike's testing

Ruby is an excellent audiologist as she was trained by Helen who was exceptional.

Ruby was very helpful polite and friendly, she explained different ways of improving my hearing particularly in busy and noisy environments.

The best hearing examination that I have ever had, very professional and easy to understand.

Quite a bit of wax found- hard like concrete so been given OLIVE OIL to soften the remaining wax....Another appointment next week
