Informed. I was kept informed throughout my 2 visits I.e text message email and calls.laura was very clear and informative and professional

First hearing check
Excellent service, arrived late due to traffic but still fitted me in and completed the hearing test and hearing aid checks.
Would recommend to anyone.

Everybody at Hidden Hearing has on each visit been welcoming and helpful.
The audiologists have shown understanding of the problems and frustrations of deafness and have gone to great lengths to give me the best hearing possible in all situations. I am very grateful for their efforts.
