Couldn’t have gone better
Had an appointment with the extremely helpful Diane at the Southport branch, she made sure I was comfortable and painless throughout the whole process, which I was. I have had a bad wax build up for 5+ years in the building industry, one of my ears was extremely bad and Diane made sure she cleared the ear today no matter how long it took, my hearing is the best it has ever been since I can remember and I can hear noises I have never heard. Also advised me of precautions to take throughout the next week or so due to sensitivity of my ears now. Thank you so much Diane.

Took my 90 year old father for ear wax…
Took my 90 year old father for ear wax removal procedure. The treatment was excellent and very effective. Diane was reassuring and gentle, explaining everything very clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and will be using them again. Thank you.

Ear Wax Removal
I was booked in for the ear wax removal treatment and the Diane Cole was the treatment specialist who attended to the procedure for me.
It was a very pleasant experience and I was very impressed with the service which was prompt on time and very efficient.

Worth every penny.
Found Hidden Hearing 12 months ago..I had national health aids but couldn’t hear..from the receptionist to my audiologist I was treated with respect and kindness..the aids have opened a whole new world for me, I can hear..birds I haven’t heard for many years lots of sounds and best of all I now feel part of society I can take part in a conversation instead of nodding and smiling..I have had a few blips but nothing a phone call hasn’t been able to sort..I have recommended Southport to a friend too who is over the moon with the help and aids. Thank you Hidden Hearing. 🙏
