I was able understand all the information given to me. No pressure of any kind.

I was very pleased with the person who came it was for my yearly check up and service.
The only thing I would have liked different was, I mentioned more than once that I could not change the little rubbers and caps on the end of the earing aid.
So I still can't when the time comes.

Excellent. The audiologist, Huda, was very welcoming, thorough and precise, explaining the process, results and options very clearly. I was also impressed that the Receptionist rang before the appointment to check that I knew exactly where the branch was; highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Every step of the treatment was explained clearly and concisely and the service was excellent.

As usual, Stephanie (Wolverhampton Branch) was ultra efficient and friendly.
Hopefully she has fixed the problem I had, so far, (apt just two days ago) I think so.

Complementary drinks, service on time, and hearing aids changed without any issue. Hearing aids now perfect!

I went to the Wolverhampton clinic, no waiting well explained throughout, friendly and professional.

Representative practitioner (Mr Safwan Malek) was welcoming, well paced, clear/concise with all communication throughout the assessment for my 92 year old mother. Very proficient service.

All the staff here are really good especially Stephanie the hearing specialist 👍
