Hidden Hearing specialises solely in hearing products. Their approach to analysing an individual customer’s needs is thorough and fully explained in non-technical terms. I knew prior to my consultation that my hearing was poor and deteriorating but I didn’t know why. Now I do and the hearing aids that I have purchased have made a massive difference to my quality of life.

I was met by two smiling faces, receptionist and technician. I was then taken into the torture -chamber 😄 🤣 😂 where Chloe went through exactly what was going to happen

I enjoyed this experience as the gentleman who came for my annual visit was extremely thorough and informative. He went quietly about his business and never even mentioned getting new hearing aids which suited me fine.

Hidden Hearing arranged my free no obligation hearing test, conveniently in our own local Health Centre. Their specialist hearing technician was very informative and provided excellent advice and carried out a thorough examination and tests. I've yet to make my decision on my requirements, but would certainly recommend this company to others for their expertise.
