We visited the Chandlersford branch of…
We visited the Chandlersford branch of Audio T twice. We were assisted by Nick who was very helpful as it had been a long time since we had purchased any audio equipment. He sent us e mails listing alternative options in a range of prices for the units we wanted so that we could take our time to make a final decision.We also chose Audio T because they were able to set the system up for us, something which we would not have been able to do ourselves.This was carried out by Wayne who was also very helpful in demonstrating how to do various things.

fantastic service and brilliant staff knowledge a pleasure spending time in the shop and my installation at home was first class of the highest order. Jon and andy were sublime in providing me with a fantastic set up that i have enjoyed many hours of quality listening pleasure

I upgraded my turntable with new…
I upgraded my turntable with new cartridge, springs and phono amp. Justin at AudioT in Bristol gave my turntable a full service too. Excellent and hugely enjoyable new level to the sounds. Well done.

A Great Experience.
I've not bought Hi-Fi equipment since the late 1980s and so my knowledge was very limited. I did my due diligence and researched what turntable best suited my needs. The rest I left in the capable hands of Jon from the Swindon branch. He reassured me that my initial choice was sound and then recommended a suitable amplifier, speakers and, later, a CD player. A week later it's all set up. Looks great and sounds great. An all round enjoyable and educational experience. I would highly recommend Jon and the Swindon branch. Thank You.

Prompt friendly personal service
Prompt friendly personal service. I needed help in a hurry, Adrian spotted the problem from the photo I sent and sorted it over the phone (I'd done something stupid), a new cable was out for delivery the same day, plus advice on how best to replace my ageing smart TV.
