Not enamoured by tech dept( Alfie) failure to call me back with set up help as they said they would I have yet to test product properly so cant give views on it

J'ai acheté un bracelet Audar EMBi il ne donne pas les données mesurées par ailleur et je n'ai jamais pu le relier à l'application Audar qui coince lors de l'appairage rendant le suivi impossible. C'est nullissime et il faut qu'ils corrigent au plus vite leur problème.

I bought the August DVB 502 free view recorder about 3 months ago. 1 From day one it did not perform properly. The programme guide some days remained blank. When the programmes show the one you want to programme is missing. There is an update to correct this but you need a computer with a USB port and a flash drive. 2 when you pause a programme it stops but it resumes current so you miss however long it was paused for. 3 When a programme starts to record it cuts out whatever you are watching you have to go to mediator reconnect. F it is a film it goes back to the start not where you were watching. 4 scheduled record does not work. You input the time, channel etc, it just does not record. 5 programme guide. If you want to record channel 67 you have to press the down button 66 times to get there. Very irritating. 6 recording stops before the film ends. 7 it is supposed too record 2 channels together but one will cut out the other. 8 it was set to record judge Judy and it recorded coronation Street. Very disappointed with this unit it just does not do what you expect it too.

In der Beschreibung liest man:

Schade nur, dass sich die Ohrmuschel-Polsterung nach etwa 3 Jahren zu schwarzen Bröseln auflöst, und die Kopfbügel sich aufgrund der Beschichtung (in diesem Fall ROT) klebrig anfühlen.- Das geht auch nicht mit einer sanften Reinigung weg!
Im DIY-Verfahren habe ich die „Polsterung“ entfernt und durch selbst gefertigte, passgenaue „Polsterungen“ ersetzt.
Da ich die Kopfhörer gemäß Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig behandelt und gepflegt habe, bin ich doch etwas über deren „KURZLEBIGKEIT“ enttäuscht.

Reference the MR250B transmitter: This was lauded by August as a great adjunct to bluetooth headphones whilst metal detecting. Having purchased them I have a specific problem with a loud pulsating background noise when paired. Email request for support has simply gone unanswered. Guess they've had my hard-earned and couldn't care less.

Just had a great customer support experience that is very rarely experienced these days.
Through an easy to find email address on their website I sent an email that was responded to in just over an hour.
Despite the reason I needed customer support being of my own making & the item being an older device they provided the help & information I required to get my item back up & running.
It was an all too rare human to human customer service understanding & consideration of my issue.
There was no financial benefit to the company by helping me but they did so regardless; hence my taking the time to post this review to show my appreciation.
