Clearly fake review on the homepage…
Clearly fake review on the homepage uses pictures from of before and after plasma treatment and passes it off as the result of using their Essential Oil Balm 'Skin Bliss'! A simple image search reveals these pictures as belonging to a clinic offering plasma treatment. It's ridiculous to think an essential oil balm could create those results but it lures people in. Then they auto-tick a hard-to-spot box signing you up to a subscription - and the nightmare begins. AVOID!!

I was passed the product by my housemate when he returned from visiting his American girlfriend. She had been caught by the recurring subscription and had this and another product piling up. It looked like a pretty standard essential oil balm; I wasn't quite sure how I'd use it and he said it was expensive and meant to be really special, so I looked it up. Got genuinely swayed by the testimonials and the prominent before and after photo with extraordinary results and thought, Maybe I should actually use it on my face. Then thought the photos were suspiciously amazing; age spots eliminated, wrinkles simply disappeared, skin looking 20-30 years younger. So I searched on Google images and found the originals.
The review and fake photos are still there by the way. Clearly they're more concerned to make sure I'm an actual customer than their reviewers.

Company is creating problems for returning product.
I ordered one bottle of Frankincense oil and a month later was shipped a second bottle that I did not need. After contacting the company about returning the product and canceling the subscription I was told the return address would be emailed to me. Instead, I received multiple offers for discounts on their products. I had to contact customer service by phone several times to request the return address. I still have not received it. I will be making a report with the Better Business Bureau regarding the unwanted practices by this company.

I did not sign up for your…
I did not sign up for your subscriptions. I am 83 years old. I retired from the Air Force after 50 consecutive years of civilian service. I had breast surgery on Feb 18 and a second Mar 24. During this time, my sister-in-law encouraged me to get frankincense which I did but now regret it. I do not have the energy to deal with these types of issues. I believe that you use deceptive ways to get subscriptions. I will return the 2 bottles and request my money back.
