Ordered 3 weeks ago (birthday present). Goods not received, tracking or dispatched notification never received from this business either!. No replies to my emails, I sent several! No telephone number for this company either to top it all off!!
I've now had to dash out (which I didn't want to do) to buy another birthday present 😔 Case now opened with PayPal, thank goodness I choose this method of payment.

THE WORST COMPANY - take your money and then no goods arrive and won't respond to emails. DO NOT BOTHER!!!

I ordered from aura vibes more than 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order. They rarely answer you and have now asked for a refund but again im waiting for a response. Shocking company

Won’t even respond to emails. Waiting along time to hear about where my order is. Tried to cancel. No response yet again. Took my money and now ignoring me.

I waited for about 4-5 weeks when we finally decided to look it up on trust pilot. We saw a bunch of reviews saying there were scams so I got worried and emailed them. They said it would arrive in 3-2 days so we waited. It finally came but I don’t know if it is real, it’s actually good quality but probably risky in case it doesn’t come.

Don’t order from here! As you can see by all the reviews, it’s a complete scam!! You won’t get anything, not even a response from them.

I've waited paitently for three weeks now. Wasted money and it didn't turn up. I've sent six emails and I'm going to follow through with paypal too. I recieved a notification saying it was delivered with a fake signature via their recommended app to use to track their package. Absolute stupidness. Are they just fleecing people of their money? It was supposed to be a gift weeks ago. Ridiculous

I have just received my products that I ordered and I am extremely happy with them! I ordered a large black tourmaline sphere, loose stones,a marble holder and a black tourmaline bowl,the quality of the black tourmaline is fantastic!
After reading some of the reviews on line I must admit I was dubious in the beginning to order from this company;however, after receiving my order I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Order didn’t arrive and when complained says it’s from shopify so it’s clearly coming straight from China which takes at least a month. False advertising and also a FAKE crystal.

I needed this pack of quartz stones urgently for a project so I ordered them of this site. It didn’t give me anything on when it would arrive so I ended having to email them twice. Both times I didn’t get a reply so as I was in a hurry, I bought something off Amazon which was more expensive but arrived later that same day. My product auravibes ended up coming way later and it wasn’t my quartz stones or anything like it. I ended up getting a cheap, plain tiny chain which I honestly can’t and won’t wear. I ended up wasting £7 off this site so don’t trust it whatsoever especially as they don’t reply. Honestly just do a deep search off Amazon you’ll probably find it there. 🤷🏽‍♀️

TERRIBLE!! They gave said it would be delivered within a week. It's been nearly 5 weeks now and I've still not received the item. I've emailed numerous times but have been ignored. I've tried calling but the number doesn't seem to exist. In my experience so far they have been complete and utter con artists. If I had been willing to wait 5 weeks I could have brought the same thing from China and had it made and delivered in the same amount of time, just much cheaper! In fact the item I purchased was for a present for a birthday that came and went weeks ago now. I have reported the company to visa and to my bank but I am writing this simply in the hope of saving anyone the dissatisfaction of purchasing items that will never arrive. DON'T DO IT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. SPEND IT ELSEWHERE. 👍🏼

No item received opened dispute with pay pal no comunication whatsoever from the seller and that 5 star review is the owner Piyushbhai patel
