AUREATE Opiniones

BUYER BEWARE! The advertising photo for the XL Cable Statement Necklace is AI-generated, and the actual item "links" shown don't match the size of the product I received. The product looks way chunkier in the ad. On its own, it's a nice necklace, but it's not worth the money $59.99 for the size.

Furthermore, customer service was unhelpful and didn't back up what they advertise. I do not recommend this necklace or company. Delivery was also slow, so buyer beware before ordering. I also learned a lesson. They do not have a Google account for the business. Another huge red flag as you have to dig to even leave them a review. It's truly unfortunate.

AUREATE are SCAM ARTISTS.

They sent an anklet, that barely fit around half my ankle. I am a size 10.

I sent 10 emails asking for an address to return it for a refund and they have used AI to avoid giving me a refund, telling me the best they could offer me is 30% refund??

Their refund policy is clearly stated on their website.

They are CROOKS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

BUYER BEWARE!! The product was flimsy and so cheap, not remotely what I expected for nearly £40. The pictures are beautiful online but dont be fooled. This is product shipped from a long way overseas and made as cheaply as possible. Delivery also took nearly 2 weeks although to be fair if you read the small print on their website it does say that but at first glance it seems shipping is 1-3 days. My advice, don't bother! Buy elsewhere, preferably from a well known brand. Waste of time and money.
Update on returns: still trying to return the item, 5 emails back and forth and no return address given. They really don't want customers to return items or issue refunds.

Ordering was fine.
It would be fir a business.
The experience comes from speed of delivery.
