Where do I start.
I ordered 2 hoodies from Aurelium with the logo to the person behind me as I thought it would be a great gesture, the company said the hoodies would be around 2 weeks and actually took nearly 8 weeks and countless emails from myself.

With the hoodies if you buy 2 you also get 2 T-Shirts which makes the purchase even more favorable.
That’s where the fun started and after 30 emails and being told constantly that the T-Shirts are on their way 12 weeks and counting I still haven’t received them.

Their customer service is absolutely shocking with 3 to 4 word replies saying they’re on there way or get them next week so many time I’ve actually lost count.

I would highly recommend you order your hoodies or T-Shirt from another company and not Aurelium because not only do they lie to their customers and from the replies they actually do respond to are absolutely terrible.

I will do another update in a week and let everyone know if I do ever receive the T-Shirt but I won’t hold my breath waiting for them.

Customer Service is really lacking

Ordered two sweatshirts (pull over & zip up) and was supposed to get a free t-shirt which I ordered when checking out, but only received the two sweatshirts and not the T-shirt. I've never received an e-mail confirmation of the order and although I sent an e-mail through their site and explained that I hadn't received the T-Shirt and ask for resolution, I've not received a response.

Returns will cost more in postage than the value

Items were poor quality and sizing was wrong. I asked to return them which was fine no problem, until they gave a shanghai address. It cost as much to return the items as it did to buy them. I thought I was buying from European company as they are register in Dublin... silly me.
Also took far longer to arrive than stated on the website, around 6 weeks.
Dont be fooled. Ordered back in April, still no t shirts. They did say they were delayed but hey, we're in June now.

This company has everything

This company has everything. Structure, sharpness and style. Greatly helped when I was at a total loss for my house plans for the future. Keen to inspire and get the absolute most of out my living space. Cannot recommend enough.
