My dress came quickly and arrived beautifully packaged.

Not having a lot of luck. Ordered a size 10 dress which was too small. Emailed to ask if getting any other sizes in. Typically a response takes several days. Like the dress and bought from them because I thought they were UK based. They said they could make me a dress in size 12. Great customer service I thought. BUT when I heard nothing and chased a week later they said it was coming into them
3 weeks later! So, having paid a month in advance I’ve queried where my dress is being made, and no response at all.
At the moment, I would not recommend.
Don’t know who I am buying from !

I have been trying to find a dress for my sons wedding since march .These are the best quality dresses i have found but miles to long for me .I must have tried almost every one that they sell by now but sadly no success so far.I will keep looking untill i succeed.

Your service is good but your carriers let you down for a 5 star review. I had paid for next day delivery and this did not happen. We wasted two days waiting in for the delivery. We were not informed enough

Everything went smoothly. Prompt delivery. Easy returns. Only problem was dresses size 14 were too small for me.

After trying what seemed like countless options from various companies (with much disappointment along the way), I finally came across Aureva, and what a relief that was. I ordered four outfits to try at home, fully expecting the usual struggle of eliminating most of them. Instead, I found myself in quite the predicament. I could honestly have chosen any one of them. The quality was head and shoulders above everything else I had seen. Beautifully made, elegant, and clearly designed with great care.

I also had a small query regarding the returns process and emailed their customer service team. They were absolutely delightful, so kind, prompt, and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference.

If you are a mother of the bride searching for something truly special, stylish, and of exceptional quality, I really cannot recommend Aureva highly enough. It has been such a reassuring and positive experience from start to finish.
