Paid $70 for this product and after 2 months of not receiving it I emailed for a refund and I have been going around in circles through email. They tell me they are looking into the issue then ask if I want a refund and when I email back they say we don't understand the issue and cannot give a refund until they look into it which has been going on for at least 2 weeks now. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Love this gum. Taste great and my teeth feel so clean after chewing it!

My teeth feel fresher and cleaner. Any tingling feelings go away shortly after chewing some, and stay that way for at least the rest of the day.

agree with the scam reviews. having great difficulty cancelling my subscription. they don't respond and their online suggestion for cancelling subscription doesn't work. contacting the state attorney general and the better business bureau, thats easier, imagine that

I recently tried Aurien gum and I honestly really like it. It’s nice knowing that while I’m chewing gum it’s actually helping my teeth instead of just freshening my breath. The flavor is good and it feels like a healthier alternative to regular gum. Overall, it’s a simple product but a really smart idea.

The company does not let you cancel your subscription, I believe it is a fake fraudulent company. Do not buy from here, all the advertising is fake! This company is fake. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times on various emails etc and it all bounces back, there is no way to get a refund or to cancel your subscription. Beware!!

Scam company. Made my order in January, and have not received it. I've emailed several times using the email addresses on the website (the shop and store versions of their email), and I keep getting undeliverable emails back. Unless my bank refunds it, I've lost £43. Do not buy from them!

This is a fraudulence company- they stole my credit card information and trying to automatically send me their product. I emailed them letting them know it’s a fraud transaction a day later and they ignore me and still sent product two weeks later. Their product is mis-spelled which you could tell is not really product. They say no sugar but their product is all full of sugar and does not have the healthy xylitol products it says it does. They are fraud because they tried charging me again the next month when I never did a purchase. Stay away from this china company and call your bank right away to report fraud.

The taste is refreshing. The gum itself stays soft and enjoyable a lot longer than any gum I've ever had.

This product originates in China. After over 2 months of waiting I have never received my order & their customer service keeps blowing smoke at me, more delays, more BS, can’t refund blah blah blah. DO NOT BUY.

Has been stuck in customs for over a month, no resolution from company except to offer a discount coupon on next order. Would not order again even if it someday arrives.

I did the research before jumping in to this product and felt I had nothing to lose. I fast often and had been worried that dry mouth would rot my teeth. The delivery was slow, but now I know that, I don’t panic that my package may be lost! I couldn’t wait to start strengthening my teeth.
I’ve been using daily since August and I’m starting to see results, my teeth have definitely lightened and I’m positive that they look less fragile in a strong light. I have one or two per day between brushings, the taste is awesome, I was worried it was going to be medicinal but it isn’t. I did stress when I tried to get onto my subscription to change delivery frequency and I couldn’t log into SKIO, but I just emailed Aurien and received a prompt response and they made the changes on my behalf, immediately, I couldn’t be more impressed. This really is a great product and a fabulous company to deal with.

Ordered end of July, 35 emails later they are still stalling every time I request a replacement or refund. There was no proof of delivery. Customer services repeatedly say they are contacting the courier then just fob me off. £4 shipping insurance was included... it appears this is worthless. Scam company.

I have been using Aurien gum for a while and now I automatically pop in a gum usually in the afternoon and just before bedtime and after falling asleep stays in my mouth all night. I rely on the Aurien gum after skipping brushing and using a non fluride mouthwash.
I move my tongue over the teeth just to test for film which I believe is the gum growing back over the teeth.

This is the best gum I have ever chewed.
Simple as that.
The reasons I don't give it 5 stars, yet, are:
1) It's expensive, and;
2) It makes some bold claims which I don't yet know whether it lives up to.
However, it you like great tasting gum and can afford the price: highly recommended :-)

I really enjoy the toothpaste and gum. They do as they advertise and both feel and taste good. My only drawbacks are the long shipping times and the quantity for how much you pay for the gum. Otherwise, I recommend the products and greatly appreciate the quick, helpful, and understanding customer service the Aurien team provided when I needed to cancel my subscription for personal financial hardship reasons.

Took forever to arrive. Only 17 pieces in my box for $27. Seems very expensive. I'm hoping these work. Taste is good, I can say that.

I have seen a huge change since using this. Louise at customer service is very helpful. Will be buying again
