Bespoke earrings
I was looking for huggie earrings to match a ring I already had. Although none of the available earrings at A&B were exactly right, I was able to use the bespoke service and am now the proud owner of a lovely pair of diamond huggies. Great service from Agnieszka, professional and helpful.

Excellent Experience at A&B
My overall experience was excellent at A&B when designing and purchasing my engagement ring. Dorota made the entire process easy and enjoyable; she is very passionate about her work and was extremely helpful throughout. I am fully satisfied with the final product and my fiancée also loves the ring.

Ruined a Proposal
This company ruined my proposal. I needed my ring for a holiday proposal which was communicated numerous times when selecting a ring in store (I selected a quick order ring as a result). The ring arrived at the shop three weeks before the holiday and I was told it would take around 5 working days to re-size. There was little communication about the ring after it was sent to the workshops so I contacted the company who could not give me timescales from their workshops. As the date got closer and I again had to contact the company numerous times (local branch and Birmingham office) bizarrely not one staff member could get in contact with their own workshop or give me any information on when it would be ready. The day before my holiday I was told it would not be ready in time and that I could borrow a sample ring instead, which was four sizes too big! So I had no option to propose with this fake sample ring, completely diminishing the experience. If they had been honest about the length of time the re-sizing could have potential taken then I would have had this done this after the proposal. I have written two complaint emails about my experience and have not had any replies, the only compensation offered was a free ring service when I picked up the ring (I did not feel this adequate compensation what so ever). The customer service throughout this experience was extremely poor and whole experience ruined a once in a lifetime event.

Very professional and helpful. Walking into the store without much knowledge behind what would make my chosen ring special was slightly unnerving but my consultant, Agnieszka, was excellent at guiding me through the process and showing me the different materials and possibilities which lead to a great design. Made buying and engagement ring easy!
Had to delay leaving this review so as not to tip off my girfriend. The salesmen I dealt with, Jaideep, was excellent; friendly, helpful, anthusiastic and overall the service was just easy to navigate and well communicated. Prices are very reasonable and it was easy to customise the ring to my specifications, even outside how A&B would normally do it, the ring arrived in good time and is absolutely beautiful, my new fiancee loves it. Thanks for making this part so easy.

Engagement ring
My girlfriend and I visited Austen & Blake last month to explore options for an engagement ring, and we were lucky enough to be helped by Agnieszka. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She guided us through all the available options and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. With her help, we commissioned a custom ring, and she made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable by showing us samples and explaining everything clearly.
We picked up the ring today and couldn't be happier with the final result—it's absolutely perfect. We meant to leave a review after our first visit but forgot, so we wanted to make sure we shared our experience this time. Brilliant service with a brilliant team…
Brilliant service with a brilliant team in the Edinburgh shop. Placed my custom order and they couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Very understanding and nothing ever rushed with them making it the perfect ring and experience for me. I wish I could remember the woman’s name but she was very nice (also provided free beer 😂). Would highly recommend her if you’re looking for something special.

Shona at the Edinburgh store was superb…
Shona at the Edinburgh store was superb when selecting our wedding rings.
There was no pressure, we were given the time that we needed to make the perfect choice for us both.
We were treated very well, we were listened too. We even got Prosecco 🥂
5 star review from me.
I bought my fiancés engagement ring from A&B, we didn’t consider going anywhere else for our wedding rings.
We collect next Saturday, and I know we won’t be disappointed.
