The level of support was excellent. Grant Assist was patient when explaining the requirements, dependable with deadlines, and proactive whenever something needed our attention. Their approach gave us a lot of confidence.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS SUPPOSED SERVICE!!!

We are connected to all the relevant grant websites for our organisation, but were looking for a way to streamline and lessen the time spent reviewing all of them. The person on the phone sold us a good line about how Grants Assist would make this happen. We payed the money and spent the time setting up the alerts we were focussing on, as we had been advised to do. Then Nothing - literally NOTHING!!! A quick cross check with the actual grant sites revealed opportunities not alerted to us by Grants Assist.

We have informed all businesses and peers that Grants Assist is a scam.

The team at Grant Assist made what initially seemed like a complicated process much easier to understand. They were patient, knowledgeable and reliable, and we always felt that someone was available to guide us whenever we needed assistance.

The process was transparent, and reassuring throughout. Most importantly, they remained engaged after the funding was awarded, helping us ensure that the grant was utilised effectively and responsibly.

They delivered far more than we expected. In addition to helping us secure grant funding they provide valuable strategic advice that improved our project planning, financial forecasting, and operational readiness. Their knowledge of funding requirements and compliance obligations was particularly impressive.

I own a small business and was looking for grants to help fund improvements to my premises. Before I paid for the membership, I was advised that there were several grants I would likely be eligible for, including grants relevant to my business needs.
After paying $660 and completing the application form, the grants I was provided had nothing to do with what I had been told or what my business actually needed. I could not find the commercial premises grant or the other grants that were discussed with me before I signed up.
Since raising my concerns, communication has been extremely poor. My emails have gone unanswered, I have received no explanation, no proposed resolution, and no response to my request for a refund.
My experience has been that communication was excellent before payment but virtually disappeared afterwards. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service.

Scam..Scam..Scam..We are a small Business that have just invested a lot of money back into our business up grading machinery and making our space to work with our business model.
So we were looking for Grants to help take away some of the financial pressure that came with that.
The assistant from Grant Assist mentioned there were multiple grants for upgrading Machinery, grants for building offices etc..
We have recently reached out to a more professional Grant organization, and of course there are no machinery grants for machinery that is already paid for but not commissioned yet.
So, she gave us misleading information.
The assistant from Grant Assist was very helpful right up until she received our $430.
She said ring her anytime or the 1300 number, well I’m always first in the queue but no one picks up and she is always on the phone leave a message and she will call back.. never happens!!

I’m so grateful for all the negative reviews below, because they helped me avoid making a costly mistake.

I applied through their website to get more information. First, I received an email saying I would get a call within a few days. Instead, the call came weeks later. I missed it, and after that I was bombarded with repeated calls. Then I received an email saying they were managing a high volume of enquiries. The next day, I received another call and another email.

When I called back, a Lady ( name can’t be disclosed) from Grants Assist greeted me using my full name. Within a minute, she started talking about their so-called one-year and three-year subscription plans. I asked whether these details were available on their website, and she said no.

That immediately raised red flags. She also said they could not check my eligibility unless I paid a fee upfront over the phone. There was no invoice, no written terms and conditions, and no clear information available publicly. I told her I would call back.

Thankfully, I trusted my gut, did some more digging, and saved my money. Based on my experience, this felt very suspicious. I honestly don’t understand how a business like this is allowed to operate.

I really wish that i had researched them to a greater detail before i parted with my money. On the phone, they ask questions as if there are all these grants that are available. In reality, there are none or they are not suitable. I figured that out 10 minutes after logging in and asked them a refund of the money paid. They refused and asked me to send my business details for a human to go research all available grants. I have just received that list and it is absolutely useless. As i said, i learnt a lesson the hard way...

If I could give this negative stars I would. Such a scam, all sounds good at first but once you pay you are left to your own devices with info that you could have accessed for free. Absolutely useless, do not do it.

Terrible customer service. Not worth the money. Not personalized or easy to understand. Overall bad experience I would not recommend.

Scam scam, ripoff and don't call you like they say they will. Keep sending you to a portal, that just tells you crap. The Australian Govt should ban them. Grants Assist is the biggest scam yet and backed by the Australian Govt.

They took time to understand our organizations goals and translated into a compelling grants proposal with full support that achieved prompt approval

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don't ever come close to this service. I wish there is 0 star, not sure why they can still operate. Lots of people got this service rip off including me. I have lost $600 like others.
