Unfortunately Services NSW no longer accept NAATI and require the translation by Multicultural NSW. Just mentioned this so other know.

Very fast turnaround and price was reasonable.
However, I would have given 5 stars except that I found the communication a little sketchy. Tried to phone but couldn't get on. Every email was from a different person and were basically pro forma messages with my name inserted. Ask for explanation of terms used in the email and nothing really happened - just more confusion. It would be good to deal with one person throughout the process and for the communication to be a little more genuine/personal.

Excellent staff and support, fast working, and at a much better rate than a lot of the other places. Will certainly be going back when needed.

I was impressed of German English translation of a fairly large contract. I found the German original challenging.
