Turnaround time alone does not determine whether a service is legitimate — in some cases, when required details are clearly visible and an expert is immediately available, an order may be completed quickly.

Regarding billing, any charges applied correspond to the services selected at the time of order placement. We do not apply arbitrary fees. If there was a PayPal dispute, we would have responded through the appropriate resolution channel as required by the payment processor.
