If there were a rating of -0, that is precisely what I would assign to this company. Their website may project an image of professionalism and trustworthiness, but they are anything but. I had a technician come to my home to address my refrigerator gasket issue, and he insisted I should replace both the refrigerator and freezer doors, which would amount to nearly $800. I decided to proceed with just fixing the refrigerator door and paid him $360.

Since September 2025, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company—over 20 times. Eventually, I managed to reach the technician, who shockingly revealed that he had quit and moved to Florida. Now, I am left with a broken refrigerator and out $360. It is outrageous that this company is still allowed to operate and potentially scam more customers. Immediate action should be taken to shut down their website and prevent them from defrauding others!

Run away from this scam company. They sent a “service technician” to my house to fix my dishwasher. He broke it further and left my house immediately. I have tried calling the company dozens of times trying to speak with management and they will not get on the phone with me or return my calls. Total scam!

We had a 340 bill for a dishwasher leak… Rakim mirzaghayev came out to fix. Left a bunch of parts in our dishwasher… didn’t fix it! Best part was when it fully broke about 45 days later, Patrick Davis at authorized service refused to refund our bill quoting the 30 day warranty!!!. Now we have 5000 in damages! Do not trust these people!!!!
