I would give 0 stars if I could. ITS A SCAM. I’ve emailed to request a cancellation and potential refund if they do not respond in time and I am charged for the subscription anyways. It’s upsetting that they definitely target the vulnerable by making it so unclear what you are signing up for when paying the $1.00 results fee.

DO NOT USE. Advertising as “free test” then after you finish the test it requests you input your credit card details with a charge of “£0.30”. False advertising and as such would not use this site again.

I paid the 50 Cent fee to take the test and there was no indication that I was signing up for a subscription service now I go back and it makes it clear that you were signing up for subscription, but it was not there back in May. I’ve now been charged over $60 for this.

I signed up for the free trial period. Decided to cancel within that period. Sent a request for cancellation, but was charged today for $29.95. I should have known better. I had generally forgot about this until seeing that charge on my bank account today and realizing they never cancelled like I had requested. I was so stupid but they are going to give me my money back. This site is a scam and it needs to be pulled immediately!

This is disgusting how do they get away with this. You cannot advertise for free to then slap charges on that isn't advertised DO NOT TRUST OR USE THESE, we have had to cancel our sons card because they were taking £30 out for a subscription he didn't sign up to as well didn't know about, they should be shut down

As others have stated this is a complete scam. Nowhere did it say about signing up for a subscription. I feel so disappointed in myself that I fell for this. Please avoid they are trying to target vulnerable individuals and advertising as a free test. I have contacted for a refund and contacted my bank

Total scam. If you have given your details to pay the £0.30 for the test results then you have to immediately find the "cancel subscription" option on the website. Also worth contacting your bank to cancel the subscription that they sign you up for (completely without consent of course!) this website should be shut down as a scam.

They said it was $.50 but they charged me $30

Did not tell you that you were signing up for a subscription. First it says that it’s free, and then it costs $.50 which I paid because I figured it wasn’t that much. And now they took out almost $30? Complete scam

DISHONEST! The site clearly says the autism test is free with no requirement for registration. Bit after taking the test it asks for an email address to send the results. Against better judgement, I gave my address. At the next step, it said there’d be a$0.50 charge. Of course, it wanted a credit card. I closed the browser at that point, but now they have my email to use/sell for marketing.

They never said I’ve got the subscription after paying £0.30, which was the first test. Avoid using it. This scam company deserves to be suspended.

My 14 Year old daughter thought she was doing an autism test as part of her classwork during a school lesson and had no idea she was signing up for a £29.99 subscription! Thanks to the less than obvious statement, that she would be entering into a full subscription, she now has less spending money to go on holiday with. Needless to say I've had to cancel her bank card, because after reading all the negative comments on TrustPilot, I feel I'd be wasting my time and energy going through the process to formerly cancel her subscription, let alone pursue a refund.

Do not purchase from them. They charge a small nominal fee for the test, then do not disclose you will be charged £40 48 hours later

I didn't not know i was subscribing to anything... next minute £29.99 comes out my bank balance, I haven't used the service once since the initial test... asked for a redund they refused, absolute w@nkers

As many people pointing out, this is a scam. You think you're paying $1 for the test, but then they charge for a subscription.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. They tell you it's $.99 to get results, they do not plainly state that you are signing up for a 48 hour trial and then charge your card for $29.99 after that. THEN you have to REQUEST a cancelation, which they say they will process within 24 hours. We shall see....

Given it’s a subscription service, I hope they don’t take any more given I have emailed the “company email” but yet no answer.

One star is too much! Complete and total SCAM! I did an online test thought it was supposed to be less than a dollar and now they are charging me $30???!!! WTF!!

Claim test is completely free with no hidden charges so people spend 25 minutes doing the test just to be told you have to pay a fee for using the service. Ridiculous.

Hidden subscription sign up in small print. UI is designed to make you think it is a one time charge of $0.50, but in small print it says it will charge you $30/month for "ongoing access to your assessment results" as if that is a service that someone would knowingly pay money for. Complete scam.
