Phoned Auto Assist Group this morning they came out this afternoon and have fixed my exhaust filter fuel problem that another garage couldn’t .
They were courteous and gave me some excellent and useful information that I didn’t know before.
Excellent company would definitely recommend them 10/10

I have used these guys 3 times. Each time, I had a great experience (misus the cost). My 3rd experience was back in May, when my DPF went. I got the extended 4 month warranty and they came to perform the regen and also, recommended an oil change, stating "it would not go again, or at least for a few years". Within 3 months, I encountered the same issue, where the DPF was full again.

I called, was told that the warranty would be honoured if I do the aftercare team's requirements. Essentially, get all the advisories remedied. I did at another great cost. Sent all the proof, and still waiting for them to honour the warranty, which I get the feeling they will weasel their way out of it somehow.

Its clear cut. I gave them close to £600, spending another £500 on remedies and getting no where. So it feels the last 2 times were a fluke (i.e. no immediate issues, no problem).

I will say, They come across as friendly, but action is needed, as I am 3 weeks without a vehicle, and have kids, work and more.

Edit 1 (Changing from 2 - 1 stars): Still on-going, and am in the process of giving a formal complaint, and am going to reach out to the Automotive dispute resolution body (Motor Ombudsman), to seek advice and look at the legal ramifications if this continues, as well as recovery of cost, as I will have to go to another party to help me.

Edit 2: Changing from 1 - 3 stars): They have finally come out and performed the regen, and got the car out of limp mode. It unfortunately took me threatening legal action (in my opinion) for this to get resolved quickly. I will say, the technician is someone I have seen a few times, and is excellent, but I do not advice paying for the premium warranty unless you are prepared to take these guys to court just for them to honour it (again, in my opinion and now experience).

They charged me to fix the dpf with 4 months warranty but literally after few miles my van went into lim mode.
Kept calling them and in end they asked me to change egr volve did that but vehicle were in same situation.
Again calling them every day finally after weeks they sent out a mobile van to look at it again and he advised me to change a pressure sensor and very next day I replaced it but problem is still there.
It’s been a week when I spoke to them last and still waiting for their response but no reply.
Please take an advise from your local garage before using them.

Shocking. Had two members fight over dealing with me. Which seemed good....

One seemed good, just couldn't do a date I needed...... but one simply said they could do the day I needed ...then on the day, Eren doesn't show and says "sorry I thought it was an enquiry" even though the emails back and forth confirm the day, time, service, which me even asking if it's tea or coffee they wanted, as well as where they are being chosen over their colleague due to being able to do the date.

Absolute jokers !!!...nothing worse than a liar.

A positive experience all round. I called them with my emissions problem and they were understanding and got a technician out to me rapidily. Mat the technician did what he had to do and was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and fixed. I would use this firm again.

Spent over £400 to have someone come out and clean my dpf. They told me I needed a mechanic to do an oil change and regen so I got someone out to do it. Sensors were still up. No aftercare was given from autoassist, they didn't care at all and the blockage apparently happened again after they'd seen it so they are saying there is a regen issue and not their problem. Well...the garage I eventually took it to has cleaned it properly so there is no regen issue. It's working perfectly fine now. They won't refund me so what's this warranty all about? I paid a lot of money for an unsuccessful clean. Quite rude in the email too. Avoid like the plague.

Craig arrived at 8 which I was glad about as my slit was 8-10. He was very polite and explained the problem, and show me the split hose. He obtained a price for the replacement and explained the need for a premium clean. He then installed the engine management system on my phone. Excellent service

Craig was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful , the man on the phone that booked me in was really good also , explained the whole process to me they visited the house and fixed my car in no time :) very impressed with this service :)) highly recommend:))

Craig from auto assist came to assist me, he was fantastic! A very polite, professional and honest man. He advised me on the issues with my vehicle and how best I go about resolving the issues not related to the DPF (his primary reason for the visit). Can't speak highly enough of this service and staff.

Absolutely brilliant service. Craig came out today to clean my DPF. Really friendly and explained what he was doing as he went. Would highly recommend.

Craig came out and serviced my car and changed oil and oil filter very nice gentleman cannot not fault him. Found a fault code on the throttle body. He checked it all out and sorted that out. Very pleasant gentleman very professional

Craig was fantastic. He did all the tests and also explained all the issues that can arise with a sooted up DPF and how to avoid the problem in the future. His tests also revealed a faulty throttle body which I’m awaiting a quote for replacing. I’m sure that his service is much better value than going to my Mazda dealer and subsidising their flashy showroom.

Craig from DPF, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my queries and explain the procedure of an engine clean. Very happy with the customer service and work carried .

Very friendly. Arrived on time. Spent two hours to fix my DPF. Gave me lots of advice. Very knowledgeable technician. He knows a-z whats he doing. Highly recommended. Wish him every success in his future.

Thanks to Declan for sorting my car he was very friendly and professional and ultra thorough with his diagnosis not only did he do the job I asked for he informed me of another fault which I wasn’t aware of and if left could of caused more damage so thank you wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Craig came to my rescue and saved me from having to buy a new DPF, he was friendly & efficient and took me through the process, job was done promptly, I was given a diagnostic machine and a DPF cleaner liquid bottle afterwards,
Craig also gave tips on how to prevent this from happening again.
Now the DPF is cleared we move onto solving the initial cause of the blockage.

Overall 10 stars. Great convenient service that I would recommend to family and friends.

Craig was informative and helpful explaining the process from start to finish. He advised on prevention and was reassuring on the long term outcome. Craig also advised on results of diagnostic scan on issues not relating to the DPF.

One of those times 5 stars is not enough. Finally someone who understood the assignment! My vehicle set up is unusual and I had already been "ripped off" once by someone that claimed to know what they were doing, so I was a very nervy customer with my third "expert".

The initial call from the office gave a lot of comfort. I was offered an appointment the following day, but that wasn't convenient for me. I was messaged over the weekend with a slot for the Monday morning. Russ arrived early. Fixed the main problem, looked for a leak he thought might be a problem and checked the oil level. No fuss, no drama, just fixed.

I cannot thank you enough. My beloved old tank might just see me out now :)
